About
Lozania Lifestyle began with a simple observation: some of life's most meaningful moments happen in motion.
Whether on mountain trails, in unfamiliar countries, or during periods of personal transition, movement has repeatedly provided a way to reconnect with nature, purpose, and community.
My name is Ingo Steffgen. Over the past two decades I have worked across business, international development, entrepreneurship, sport, and wellbeing. I have lived and worked in North America, Europe, Africa, and Asia, and have always been interested in how individuals and communities develop resilience, meaning, and connection.
Today, that journey continues through endurance sport, research, and storytelling.
As a postgraduate student in Sport & Exercise Psychology at the University of East London, I explore questions around motivation, belonging, wellbeing, and the role movement plays in human development.
Lozania Lifestyle is where those interests come together.
Rather than focusing on optimisation or performance for its own sake, this platform explores the relationship between movement, nature, and purpose through research, fieldwork, lived experience, and the stories of others.
